Connect Timeglass MCP

This skill is pure instructions. The data plane is your Timeglass account. Without MCP we hard-gate — no fake timesheets.

  1. Get Timeglass

    Create or log in at timeglass.ai. Complete product onboarding so work activity can be recorded.

  2. Add the Timeglass MCP connector

    In your agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Codex…), open MCP / Connectors / Integrations. Add Timeglass using the MCP URL from your account or help center. Finish OAuth.

  3. Reload the agent session

    Restart or refresh so tools like query_work_records appear.

  4. Install the skill

    npx skills add rdsciv/last30timeglassGROK -g or install via Claude / Grok plugin marketplace. See the README.

  5. Doctor, then Wrapped

    Run /timeglass-wrapped doctor, then /timeglass-wrapped.

Where to click in your agent

Claude

Settings → Connectors / MCP → add Timeglass → authenticate.

ChatGPT

Settings → Apps → Developer mode → create MCP app with the Timeglass URL.

Cursor / Codex / CLI

Add a remote MCP server entry in host config; reload tools.

Still broken?

Wrong workspace, stale session, or auth expiry. Re-auth in Timeglass, reconnect, doctor again.

Privacy. Work data stays in Timeglass under your permissions. This repo has no telemetry. Treat shared briefs as sensitive — they can include project titles and meeting topics from your record.
